Educational Training has become a major pillar upon which most institutions
and organizations concerned with teacher education and preparation are
based, whether that be locally, regionally, or internationally on the one
hand or in-sessionally and pre-sessionally on the other.
Training has become
one of the top priorities of educational development in some Arab countries
as well as in Saudi Arabia. It is evident in the government’s interest in
providing large funds to support training activities and programs in
addition to the numbers of trainees participating in such programs delivered
by any educational institution or organization. No matter what financial or
technical facilities are available for an educational institution, the human
factor remains the backbone of each and every effort the institution exerts.
An individual can exploit all available resources in order to achieve
maximum engagement, production, and efficiency. Taking this into granted, we
should always work toward making the human factor qualified and trained well
to enable him/her to perform competently and efficiently. Riyadh Teachers
College has therefore designed and executed a number of training programs
that meet the needs of many.
